How to upgrade your existing Bluebeam PDF Revu licenses (regardless of what version you currently own):

  1. Have your serial number available (You were sent a license certificate when you purchased Bluebeam). This certificate has your software version, serial number, and the number of licenses. We'll need this information. You can also use this method to find your serial number.
  2. Email this information (software version, serial number, and the number of licenses) to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Be sure to indicate how many of these licenses you would like to upgrade. We need this information to issue the upgrade.
  3. Purchase the upgrade by selecting the version and number of seats below using Google Checkout. (For example: If you own 3 licenses of Bluebeam PDF Revu – Standard Edition. You’ll email us the information indicated in step #2, and then select the “3 Seats - Upgrade Bluebeam Standard” option below.)
  4. Upgrades can take approximately 2 business days to process. Your new license file with installation instructions will be emailed to the email address you provide during checkout. That’s it!

How do I upgrade my current version of Blubeam to the latest version? It's easy.  Visit our Bluebeam upgrade center and follow the step-by-step procedure.

I am a few releases back, can I upgrade to the current release? Yes.  If you have a valid serial number for any version of Bluebeam....you can uprade to the latest release.

I currently own 10 seats of an older version.  Can I upgrade some, but not all, of them? Yes.  You can upgrade a portion of your Bluebeam seats.

When will I receive my new license(s)? Typically, within 48 hours or 2 business days.  Licenses delivered by email.

Can I upgrade from the Standard or CAD Version to Bluebeam eXtreme? Yes!  Just purchase the Bluebeam eXtreme upgrade.  Then send us your serial number from your Standard or CAD version.  Now that's easy!
