Some good commentary about the possibility of running AutoCAD LT and/or Autodesk Design Review on the iPad.

No mention of Buzzsaw though.  There are roundabout ways of accessing Buzzsaw data on iPads/iPhones using WebDAV and the numerous apps that offer WebDAV connections though.  See how to do this here.
